What does Yavuz Digital do?
We offer business website hosting, website configuration and security work, and web development. Each engagement has a written scope explaining the actual services and responsibilities included.
How much does it cost?
Services are quoted individually. Your written proposal states the amount, currency, tax treatment, any third-party fees and the payment schedule. Ongoing services also state the billing interval and renewal or cancellation terms. A quote request is free and does not create an order.
How are services delivered?
Services are delivered digitally. We agree an expected start date and delivery milestones before payment. Timings depend on the scope, access and materials required. There are no physical goods or shipping charges.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Contact us with your invoice or project reference. Before work starts, payments for work that has not been supplied are refundable, subject to any specifically authorised, non-recoverable third-party costs. After work starts, we assess the delivered work and unused prepaid fees. Your statutory rights are preserved. Read the full cancellation and refund policy.
Do you guarantee a website can never be attacked?
No. Security work reduces identified risks; it cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee that an incident will never occur. We agree the review’s scope and limitations, and only work on systems you own or are authorised to manage.
How do I pay, and is there an automatic subscription?
After you accept a written proposal, payment arrangements are confirmed on your invoice or order confirmation. This website does not collect card details or activate subscriptions. Any recurring arrangement requires separately agreed pricing, billing frequency and cancellation terms.
